This customer needed a water system to deliver 2400 gal/day of CAP water quality for its laboratory water system. Commercial Water was contacted to design a system, which consists of a duplex water softener, carbon filter, reverse osmosis, storage tank, UV light, variable speed pump, ion exchange, and ultrafiltration, all in a continuous loop.
The customer also needed to have the ability to make the same quality level of water as their plumbed-in system, but in a mobile configuration. Commercial Water designed and built a portable water treatment cart to address their short term needs in case of a centralized water system failure or scheduled maintenance.
